CalFire Funding is Imminent and Magnitudes More than Ever!
By now you’ve likely heard of the $17.8 million from cap-and-trade funding that was allocated to the CalFire Urban Forestry program. Approximately $15 million will be available for local assistance, with a large portion going to disadvantaged communities. Preparations are underway in earnest, and we are expecting to see a Call for Concept Proposals any day now! We will keep you informed as we hear more. CCUH: Workshops on Low Water Use Landscaping
