IMPORTANT – CALL TO ACTION!   Sign-on to letters being submitted to the Legislature adding Urban Forestry Funds to the Park Bond by February 10th!

California’s State Senate and State Assembly have both introduced bills into the 2017 session that would place a park bond on the 2018 ballot. Neither currently contain funding for urban forestry.

Your help is needed immediately to demonstrate the necessity to include $30 million in each of these proposals for CalFire’s Urban and Community Forestry Program. And time is of the essence.

Please lend your support to both of the letters captured here today by replying below to CA ReLeaf with a thumbs-up to add your organization’s logo and signature:

The first hearing for one of these measures in only a week away, so please act now.
