Invest From the Ground Up Tree Planting Grants
Only a few more days to apply!

We’re coordinating a multi-location, multi-organization tree planting event.

Local governments, air and water districts, utilities, schools, public health groups, community organizations etc. in the San Francisco Bay Area (nine-county area) and the Southern San Joaquin Valley (Kern and Tulare Counties) can apply to get FREE trees and planting assistance.

We’ll plant thousands of trees across these regions on February 15, 2014

In partnership with California ReLeaf, the Local Government Commission, and many others, the program will include organizing, training, and equipping selected tree planting partners for the main planting event.

Sub-Contractors Wanted for Regional Tree Planting Program

Proposals Due
October 4, 2013

California Urban Forests Council (CaUFC) and Western Chapter International Society of Arboriculture (WCISA) are seeking contract proposals to lead their regional tree planting program.

Two Sub-Contractors are being sought for the following regions: 

1) San Francisco Bay Area (nine-county area)

2) Southern San Joaquin Valley (Kern and Tulare Counties)
